Becoming a seller<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be 18+ and provide true details: full name, phone, National ID, and Commercial Registration \/ Tax Card if you have them.<\/li>\n<li>Every seller and every product is reviewed and approved by Sharmers before going live.<\/li>\n<li>You provide store name, logo, a pickup\/store address in Sharm el-Sheikh, and your bank\/InstaPay payout details (entered inside the platform, never by chat).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Commission and the launch offer<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Sharmers charges a flat 10% commission on the sale price of each order.<\/li>\n<li>Launch offer: the first 100 registered sellers pay 0% commission for their first 12 months. After those 12 months (counted from that seller&#8217;s approval date), the standard 10% applies. Seller number 101 onward pays 10% from the start.<\/li>\n<li>Commission is calculated on the item price. The Paymob payment-processing fee (~3%) is separate \u2014 see refunds below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Payments and payouts<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Sharmers collects all payments online (Paymob). You do not take payment directly, and you must not ask buyers to pay outside the platform.<\/li>\n<li>Your earnings for an order become withdrawable only when the order is Completed and the 14-day return window has passed.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum payout: 100 EGP. Payouts are made weekly, on a fixed day, by bank transfer or InstaPay, normally within 1\u20132 business days of approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Delivery obligations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You deliver your own orders within Sharm el-Sheikh.<\/li>\n<li>Target delivery within 48 hours (or your stated processing time).<\/li>\n<li>A missed deadline means the order may be cancelled and the buyer refunded in full, and the sale (and your earning) is lost.<\/li>\n<li>Keep proof of delivery (photo or buyer confirmation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Returns, refunds and fees<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You must accept returns as required by Egyptian law: 14 days for unused items, 30 days for faulty\/wrong items, and buyer cancellation within 7 days of ordering.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds are issued by Sharmers through Paymob, and the refunded amount is taken from your balance.<\/li>\n<li>You bear the Paymob fee on a refund when it is your fault (out of stock, wrong or faulty item, late delivery). Otherwise Sharmers bears it.<\/li>\n<li>If you are at fault, you also pay the return delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Product rules<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>No counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or restricted items.<\/li>\n<li>Real photos, accurate descriptions, correct prices, and up-to-date stock.<\/li>\n<li>Keep your prices the same as, or lower than, anywhere you sell off-platform for the same item; do not take buyers off Sharmers or charge extra outside the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Cancellations and reliability<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancelling because you are out of stock means the buyer gets a full refund.<\/li>\n<li>Repeated cancellations or late deliveries lead to a warning, then suspension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>If a buyer and seller disagree, Sharmers decides, and you accept that decision. You agree to cooperate with any investigation.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Suspension and termination<\/h2>\n<p>Sharmers may suspend or close a seller account for breaking these rules, selling prohibited items, fraud, or repeated complaints. On termination, any pending balance for already-completed, past-return-window orders is paid out after checks; funds tied to open disputes or refunds are held until resolved.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Taxes<\/h2>\n<p>You are responsible for your own taxes on your sales. Sharmers may report and withhold where the law requires.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Changes<\/h2>\n<p>Sharmers may update this Agreement; continuing to sell after a change means you accept it.<\/p>\n<h2>12.
